Meet our talented chef, Dmitri, with over 12 years of experience in the world of gastronomy.

Passionate about Asian cuisine, Dmitri has devoted all his time to his beloved craft.
He doesn't just cook tasty dishes – he creates masterpieces.

Dmitri is the author of numerous unique menus for various restaurants and establishments in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, such as "Goodzone," "Pasage Gartenberg," "Ikra," "Rees," "Black Sushi & Pizza," "Black Premium Food," "EGO," "MIXOLOGYA," and others.

In 2022, our chef opened "Tokyo Sushi" in Nice, France. Dmitri fully developed the menu and concept for the establishment.
